great nearby shopping and dining options

I stayed here on a recent trip and was delighted with the incredible entertainment area packed with great food options, including one of my favorites, just a minute's walk from the hotel. The Fashion Outlets of Chicago being a short stroll away made my weekend strolls so much more enjoyable. I can't recommend this place enough for those who love to explore vibrant city life on foot!

Wishing for a continental breakfast on-site! We had to venture off for our morning chow, which I don't mind supporting local spots. Still, it would be easier with breakfast at the hotel.

Great lobby bar atmosphere.

Unfortunately, my stay was overshadowed by the chaos during check-in. I arrived to find the front desk staff poorly handling reservations, causing unnecessary delays. To make matters worse, the room had a musty odor and the AC barely worked. It simply left me feeling disappointed, especially for the price I paid.
